clean, spacious, comfortable
We had an spacious King Room that was meticulously clean and offered luxurious Occitane toiletries. The beds were ultra-comfy. The proximity to Centennial Park allowed for easy strolls while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
100% recommend 😊❤️

Clean, family-run hotel, I truly enjoyed extremely spacious and huge rooms and very cordial staff. The room with a king bed. The property's location was good, near the art galleries, and many Sarnia sights including Art Gallery of Sarnia, the Lawrence House, the Sarnia Public Library, downtown shops, parks and the waterfront. Again, the hotel was at a short distance from a free public art gallery. It was surely an awesome stay of one night.

New-fashioned neat room with a king bed. The pool area is very clean too. The easy check-in process too. Great location in town or close to lake shore and pretty nice area.

access to waterfront, trendy decor, stylish pool area
The noise levels in certain rooms, particularly near the air conditioning units, left much to be desired!!! The lack of ramp access may pose challenges for mobility-challenged guests!!! Alerts about dining closures should clearly be communicated beforehand.

The location of tribute portfolio is fantastic, right in the downtown area. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We appreciated the well-stocked bathroom and clean, cozy room. It's just a short walk to the riverfront paths, perfect for a relaxing stroll.
the walls could use more insulation to block noise.

great spot for exploring parks and the waterfront
I loved being just a few steps from Bayshore Park where I enjoyed a lovely walk by the water. The nearby Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery was a good find, made my city stroll even more exciting.

Excellent staff, excellent staff, excellent staff, excellent staff Location is fine... Rooms are clean, Price is right.
Need to find someone who can maintain the place properly. Looks like repairs were done by children or owner/handyman. Needs a motel makeover.

The fact that we were able to leave after one night without any problem, even though we had booked for 3 nights!
There's only reasons to complain here: you have to walk up at least 8 steps to reach reception. Once in the hallway, you'll notice that there is a bad smell and that the carpet is rather dirty. Same thing in the room. As one of our pillows had a blood stain, we put it on the floor. The next day, there was a disgusting bug running over it. If you look for a hotel room where you can actually sleep, forget this one: either you're too hot to sleep, or the ac will make too much noise for you to sleep. And we don't understand how the breakfast can qualify as "Deluxe Continental". Having booked for 3 nights, we left after one and went to the Best Western instead. Booked.net needs to delist that hotel from the website.

The hotel looked nice, but the restaurant had a tiny, unimpressive breakfast buffet that just didn't cut it. I could hear the noisy aircon all night. It's really a shame i didn't get any special treatment after all that trouble, because i was certainly expecting something more grand, but just couldn't acknowledge any positives.
